Cenobio provides advice and support in relation to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructuring, capital raising (equity, debt, mezzanine) and strategic advisory.
We assist our clients with strategic and hands-on advice on all aspects of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Management Advisory
A unique service providing advice and expertise to management teams or entrepreneurs which are backed/owned by private equity or in the process of pursuing a transaction with a private investor (e.g. through an MBO or MBI).

Team
Cenobio was founded by Mr. Egbert Ho in 2013. Egbert is an entrepreneur and a senior finance professional with a background in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and real estate.
Egbert previously worked for ABN AMRO and Cyrte Investments. He is a Dutch citizen and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
